For Multiplication:

1* 36=36
2* 18=36
3*12=36
4*9=36
5*(36/5)=36
6*6=36
7*(36/7)=36
8*(9/2)=36

For Division:
36/1=36
72/2=36
108/3=36
144/4=36
180/5=36

For Addition:
0+36=36
1+35=36
2+34=36
35+1=36
36+0=36
37+-1=36
38+-2=36

For Subtract:
36-0=36
37-1=36
38-2=36
39-3=36
and so on..

Also
0.1+35.9=36
0.001+35.99=36
and so on..
