(x+5) is a monomial
(2x+6) is also a momomial

(x+5)x(2x+6)
x X 2x +6x +5 X 2x + 5 X 6
2x^2+6x+5 X 2x + 5 X 6
2x^2+6x+10x+5 X 6
2x^2+6x+10x+30
2x^2+16x+30
therefore 2x^2+2+16x+30 is your answer
