Given,

The coordinate pairs are

{(2, 4), (2,5), (3,6), (3, 7) }

Here the argument 2 returns to both 4 and 5 while 3 returns to both 6 and 7.

This violates the defination of function.

Thus the coordinate pairs doesnot represent a function.

The answer is No.
